Silenus comes to us from an epic road trip to Oregon and visit to Oak Apple Farm! I was hoping to find a buck with a more level rump to help my herd and when Silenus was brought out as an option, all the other choices melted away and I jumped at the opportunity to take him home! I was even more delighted to see his pedigree on the way home. I think Silenus will blend well with most of the does currently in my pens. His deep body and level topline blending into a strong set of shoulders and long tapering dairy neck makes me swoon every time he prances up to the gate for scratches. It is far too cold to clip bucks where we live so better pictures will have to wait until the spring!
